This was an action for infringement of all the claims of United states Patent No. 1,800,558, issued to Moran and Lee on April 14, 1931, upon an application filed February 10, 1930. The answer was invalidity and non-infringement. The court found the patent invalid for want of invention, and for that reason did not pass on the issue of infringement. There were four claims, of which 3 and 4 are typical.
